We have been wholesaling and exporting beauty products and jewellery to businesses in the UK and around the world since 1998. Pricing and Delivery cost

Prices featured are in £ Pound including tax at the current rate and exclusive of delivery charge. Delivery is calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and delivery destination, delivery cost will automatically appear on your cart. We reserve the right to amend prices from time to time.

Delivery

Your order will be despatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail. A signature will be required upon delivery. Should no-one be available to take delivery, a card will be left advising you of whom to contact to re-arrange delivery or to collect your order from your local delivery office.

Availability

All products on the Sparkling Woman website are featured subject to availability. If the products you order are out of stock you will be notified and offered the option to accept alternative products or to cancel your order. Any monies paid will be refunded to you.

Payments

We accept credit and debit cards via PayPal secure server. You can also order online and print out an order form and send us your payment using postal order or cheque (UK only).

Privacy

We are commited to protecting the privacy and the security of your personal information. Your name and address is required to send you catalogues, samples and to deliver products you have ordered. We will not allow other companies to use your name and address to offer you other products or services. Your telephone number is needed in case we need to contact you urgently regarding your order or payment.

Returns Policy

All products are checked carefuly before despatch and are packed professionally. If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on +44 (161) 718 1888 immediately to arrange a replacement or a refund. All damaged goods must be returned to us in its original packaging. If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Cancellation

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after it has been despatched or after receiving the goods, the following EU Distance Selling Directive applies: you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Makki Cosmetics. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us. Refunds will only be given at our discretion. We reserve the right that postage and packaging will be deducted from the total amount refunded plus an administration fee.
